The Government Degree College Banikhet was established on 16th August 2022 and in a time span of just one and half year the college has witnessed exceptional and unconventional growth in the student enrolment. The institution has surpassed adjoining colleges in student enrolment because of its central location and huge feeding area.The college strives for providing inclusive education that cultivates a sense of social responsibility and promotes character building. The college aims at achieving excellence in higher education with student and community collaboration. Presently the college runs BA programme with subjects such as English, Hindi, Political Science, History and Economics.
